All B&B rates are per room per night
- B&B room rates are inclusive of Full English or Continental Breakfast and, where applicable, VAT at the current rate.
- Double rooms for single occupancy will attract a reduction of £25.00.
- Rooms are available from 4pm on the day of arrival with check in up to 8pm. Simply notify us should you need to arrive earlier or later than these times.
- On the day of departure, rooms to be vacated by 10.30am please.

Reeds Restaurant
Two course table d'hote dinner £22.50 per person
Three course table d'hote dinner £27.50 per person
Our dinner menus include cafetière or decaf coffee, tea or herbal infusion & chef's homemade fudge.
The restaurant is open to residents daily for dinner from 6.30 pm.
Booking is strongly advised for the restaurant, and we recommend table reservations are made at least 24 hours in advance.
Please inform us before the arrival day if you have any special dietary requirements.
We welcome non - residents to the restaurant from Tuesday to Saturday evenings for dinner.
